This is a page where you can keep in contact with my Gong Baths and Sound Healing events. Some people love to come to group Gong Baths and others like to book individual ones. The gong is arguably the ultimate Sound Healing tool, as it has the broadest range of tones of any instrument. When played sensitively and well, this vast range of sound literally bathes the human form and re-tunes us on every level - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - thus bringing us back into harmony. Think of the body as being an orchestra comprised of many different instruments, some of which may be “off the note” and need re-tuning, and the gongs as being the tuning
medium, and you have a pretty accurate picture of what happens during a gong bath.

Seventy-five pence. That’s what I paid for it.

And I’ll admit — I felt scared picking up Women Food and God by Geneen Roth from a charity shop shelf in Lampeter. Between a diet book that had never been finished and a low-calorie cookbook still in good condition (which tells you everything).

Read it on a cliff top in Aberaeron, watching the tide come in and out. My body stirred.

What it opened wasn’t intellectual. It was something older.

About hunger — not as enemy but as compass. About women who’ve been taught their appetite is dangerous. About meeting yourself without fixing or managing.
