Oyez Oyez Oyez ! Fabulous time on Monday 4th May representing Petersfield in Great Dunmow's first ever town crying event, it was a wonderful occasion hosted by Town Crier Jody Huizar! we had a really warm welcome from Essex, the local traders and Stanstead Airport sponsored the event BBC Radio Essex was also present.

Oyez Oyez Oyez! What a splended time we had today at Little Easton, in the town crying competiton and village Fayre, getting to know lovey local people and The Little Easton Alpacas, this lovely lady who is a volunteer, says they are all rescued and loved by the town and used for therapy. Visited frequently by nursing homes, particularly helping with dementia, schools and families, also their wool being used for bird nests, will keep in touch xx🦙🦙🦙

And they are off! Petersfield Town criers and Bognor Regis Town crier and consort limbering up for the competition season, first stop Great Dunmow 4th May, we may be some time, as the donkey is stubborn and the Giraffe is looking for leaves, so Bognor Regis has a head start x🔔🔔🔔
