One thing not to miss on your next visit to Land's End... our Model Village! ✨🏠

Originally handcrafted by artist Leslie Caswell in St Ives during the 1970s, these incredible miniature buildings showcase some of Cornwall's architectural treasures – from Tintagel's Old Post Office to the charming thatched cottages of Cadgwith, all built to an impressive 1/10th scale.

Each winter, our team carefully restores and maintains these intricate models, ensuring they're ready to delight visitors for another season. ❤️

Keep exploring and you'll discover even more miniature gems nestled beside the pond at Greeb Farm! 🌿

Did you know the humble Cornish pasty was once the ultimate miner's lunch? ⛏️🥟

Built to survive a day underground, the iconic crimp acted as a handle so miners could enjoy their meal without contaminating it with dirty hands!

And if you've ever heard "Oggy, Oggy, Oggy!" – that's actually the Cornish word for a pasty! 😍

No trip to Land's End is complete without trying this delicious Cornish classic for yourself. So next time you're visiting, grab an oggy, soak up the views, and enjoy a true taste of Cornwall! 🌊☀️

🚴‍♂️💚 What a fantastic start to the day here at Land's End... an absolute pleasure to meet a very special guest at the famous signpost... 🐷📸 !

This morning, we had the pleasure of welcoming an incredible team of M&S colleagues as they set off on an ambitious 900-mile cycle ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats, all in support of YoungMinds.

Their goal is to raise vital funds and awareness for YoungMinds, helping ensure no young person feels alone with their mental health.

With 1 in 5 young people experiencing mental health challenges, this campaign is all about the power of coming together, supporting one another, and making a difference.

We wish the team the very best of luck on their journey to John O’Groats – what an incredible challenge for a brilliant cause! 💚

Last Friday we had the honour of welcoming two truly inspiring men to Land's End as they completed an extraordinary journey from John O'Groats to Land's End. 💙

Over the last 43 days, John Bell and Graham Lynk walked an incredible 960 miles as part of Walking 4 Hope-Charity Page raising awareness for mental health and su***de prevention.

Along the way, John has carried a bathtub every single mile - a powerful symbol of the hidden weight that so many people carry every day. Covered in rubber ducks, each one represents a life lost to su***de and serves as a reminder that nobody should have to carry that weight alone.

For John and Graham, this journey is deeply personal. Having both experienced the devastating loss of their sons, they have turned their grief into a mission to help others, raise awareness, and create hope for those who may be struggling.

Their walk may have finished, but their message is one that deserves to travel much further:
💙 It's okay to talk.
💙 You are not alone.
💙 There is always hope.

Please join us in congratulating John and Graham! What an incredible achievement and an inspiring reminder of the power of kindness, conversation and community.
