Today marks a very special day as she turns 80 years young 🥳 – and what better way to celebrate than by shining the spotlight on her amazing dedication!
For years, Irene has been a shining light in our classes. Always smiling, always positive, and always showing up with incredible consistency and heart. She proves every single day that age is just a number and that staying active, strong, and joyful is possible at any stage of life.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re proud to be expanding our wellbeing offering across our sites with the introduction of Sound Bowl Sessions. 🎶✨

Taking time to pause, reset, and look after our mental wellbeing is so important — and these sessions are designed to provide a calm and restorative space to relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Sound bowls use soothing vibrations and calming tones to help reduce stress, encourage mindfulness, and promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.
We’re committed to creating an environment where wellbeing is supported, conversations around mental health are encouraged, and everyone feels able to take time for themselves when needed.
