Today we have received the decision from the planning inspector regarding land at York Way, proposal for 100 homes. The appeal is upheld and the permission is granted for up to 100 homes on the site.

Hearing date is 1st July at the WNC Towcester Forum Building, only new information will be heard, the hearing is likely to take all day and the decision will be made in around 10 days from the hearing.
