Peer support is not a wonder cure for all ills. But, it can offer a safe place to talk, share, listen and learn. It can also normalise what can often feel like a situation we're alone in, if offers community and companionship.
Walking with Families - Adoptive parents living with meets online every Monday at noon online as well as other monthly meet ups.

IMPORTANT GENERAL INFORMATION!!
I hope you're all squeezing every last drop of Summer out & that you were all happy with your various exam results!!
It's been a fairly busy Summer with the usual admin and training - renewing subscriptions etc and hiding from heatwaves 🫣
But now of course we prepare for a few very busy months ahead!

We return on Monday 14th September ☺️

TICKET SALES
We begin selling tickets for "Lights, Camera, Action!" at the Hall from Saturday 19th September (morning) and all of that week during usual class times... Please see our pinned posts for all the details and remember this is cash only!
Please please please support our School by purchasing tickets and grabbing family and friends for a night out to watch our students up there on the big screen!! 😁

I will be needing a little bit of supervisory help on our Dress Rehearsal October 14th and the filming day October 21st (escorting children to & from the Main Hall) so please message me if you could spare a few hours...
THERE WILL BE NO NORMAL LESSONS ON THESE DAYS - PLUS - NO LESSONS ON Saturday 14th November - as we will need to set up for the Film !!!

Film Nights - November 14th and 15th - I might need an extra pair of hands behind 'the bar' or general help in the kitchen so again please message me if you can help!

I still have a few uncollected costumes too so I must try to have all those sorted out in September.

If anyone could possibly help with securing our big backdrops on filming day (October 21st) at around lunchtime that would be such a big weight off my mind, it's a two person job involving ladders and is the only thing I can't manage 😕 I have already enlisted various family members to help with sooo much other stuff but this is a bit of a problem 😬😂
