And another one! 🤬🤬🤬🚨Sultani Bakatash, an Afghan national, r***d two 14-year-old girls after luring them to his flat and plying them with alcohol, according to The Sun.

He reportedly “held” the girls down and dragged them across a carpet when they tried to flee his home in Bolton.
This is absolutely HORRIFYING.

How many more horrific cases like this are we going to witness?

Why was this man allowed into our country in the first place?

Not surprisingly the BBC (Bias Broadcasting Corporation ) has been called out..

Pro-migrant campaigners boasted that they had influenced a BBC children’s television show as part of an attempt to change attitudes to asylum seekers (Illegal immigrants, aka Criminals), The Telegraph can reveal.

The group lobbied the producers of a CBBC programme for children aged around seven to “impact the framing of migration”.

Another charity claimed to have helped place a piece about refugees finding a new home in Britain on BBC News and a newspaper article about LGBT refugees from Africa.

In a third case, campaigners helped shape the sympathetic portrayal of an asylum seeker on Coronation Street, the ITV soap opera.

Specialists in “narrative change” are working to influence the British public opinion and build support for immigration using mass media.

Millions of pounds have been pumped into these efforts to push positive migration narratives through news, dramas, comedy and children’s television, with large sums being paid by Left-wing foundations.

In some cases, taxpayers are footing the bill themselves!!

Well of course, if you pay the licence fee! Which incidentally, Reform UK will scrap!

The scheme was an ideological commitment voted for unanimously by the previous Labour administration supported by the Liberal Democrats and the Conservatives, WITHOUT consulting Wearside residents.

Reform UK believes the council should focus on local residents, local services and local concerns first.

This is what happened yesterday in Burnley, the mainstream media have hardly covered it 🤬

A 17 young girl walking along the pavement in broad daylight, attacked from behind and stabbed in the neck twice!!

This is now a daily occurrence, but it be.

We hope the young lady does not have any life changing injuries.

A few things worth keeping residents up to speed on this week.

🏗️ Planning & Development
Planning pressure isn’t slowing down, more applications coming forward across the borough, including larger housing sites and smaller conversions.
👉 I’ve raised objections on a number of these where things don’t stack up, particularly around policy and unresolved issues.
👉 There’s also a consultation on the Annitsford Farm site (Dudley) at the end of June, worth attending if you’re affected locally.

🏠 Housing
This is still the biggest issue people raise with me.

demand remains high
limited movement
strong competition for homes

👉 Latest listings are still mostly smaller or age-restricted properties
👉 The gap between what’s approved and what people can actually access isn’t closing.

🟢 Veterans & Remembrance
I’ve been in touch with the Royal British Legion this week, around 8,800 veterans live in North Tyneside, many needing support with housing, work and health.
👉 Having served 23 years myself, this matters, if you’re a veteran and need help, get in touch and I’ll point you in the right direction.

Also good to see recognition locally, a new plaque in Burradon remembering WWII servicemen, the area’s “forgotten sons”.

👉 Important that history and service aren’t overlooked.

🚇 Metro

The original Metro trains are in their final weeks after 46 years

👉 End of an era, worth catching a journey while they’re still running.

⚠️ The bigger picture
Week by week I’m seeing the same thing:

👉 It’s not just about approving things, it’s about whether they actually work for residents.

2 surgeries held → 9 issues picked up and being progressed
Pushing long-standing Weetslade issues, paving in Wideopen, overgrown bushes and grass
Escalated e-scooter / e-bike concerns
Ongoing work chasing issues raised by residents
