Although a presence as a team in the office as regularly as possible is crucial, we offer flexible working arrangements… We give additional paid leave too for your birthday and to our employees who are fostering!

After a very exciting few weeks with our first Fostering households now onboard and more entering the assessment process, we’re now on the look out for some superstars to join our team to support with the administrative side of things…

✅You’ll be PROFESSIONAL in your approach to supporting our service users and our team!
✅ An appreciation of why INVESTING in children shouldn’t be financially motivated!
✅ Keeping vulnerable CHILDREN at the forefront of why we do what we do!

We are open to exploring full time or part time role(s). A minimum one day based in our Crediton office for part time and minimum two days for full time role with consideration given to flexible home/remote working for the right candidate(s).

Working and fostering is possibly more common than you’d think! It’s about providing as near as possible a normal family experience, after all lots of parents work!

We’re proud to be officially recognised as a Fostering Friendly Employer. This means that our employees across the organisation can access additional support to attend fostering assessments appointments and training, fostering panels and the many meetings that approved foster parents have to juggle.

We do this by giving additional paid leave (after your probationary period) and flexible working arrangements. If you are employed by us by our fostering service then you wouldn’t be able to foster for us, though as we’ve said before - we don’t mind who you foster for, we just want to make sure you’re well supported in your fostering journey!

It’s real life — we both work full time, and so do many foster parents. At EPIC, flexibility matters, support matters, and your choices matter. That’s why we help build a wider network around you, so fostering can fit into real life, not the other way around.
