An opportunity to increase our understanding and enjoyment of "The Arts” but more importantly, we want it to be a great way to learn, have fun and make new and lasting friendships. But what do we mean when we say "The Arts"? We aim to keep this as broad as is possible to offer the widest opportunity to meet out members varied interests. For example, we are able to offer the study of the history, s
ocial history, techniques and materials, design and manufacture and collections of: architecture, archaeology, ceramics, costume, enamel, furniture, furnishings, glass, garden design, installation art, painting, metalwork, prints, street art, tattoo art, sculpture and textiles. In addition we will offer themes on music, dance, theatre, literature and film. We will also cover the lives and influences of the artists, architects, craftsmen and patrons involved. Membership is £40 per person
