The job i hate more than anything 😒. Stripping the griddle . The reason we strip it is to stop all the little black bits of carbon going on your food .
The carbon is good when its not cracking as it makes the metel griddle non stick .
Been working on this one on and off since yesterday.
Once completely stripped . The griddle plate will be sanded ,then seasoned.
Its a long process . Thankfully it only needs doing once a year .
One griddle nearly stripped one to go .

To celebrate the tour of Britain going through our fabulous home town Alford🚲. Alford town concil have put together a fantastic day to welcome the riders .
We will be on the Market square along with lots of fabulous stalls .
So why not come and enjoy a day in Alford .

Hello Mablethorpe, the beach has gone very quiet 🤫 now the kids have gone or going back to school .
As a result we won't be on the beach till the weekend's, that all depends on the weather.
We have still got lots of events on the books over winter.
