PTM International Conference - Canada 🇨🇦 Invitation Campaign

Today, friends from the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) Canada extended an invitation to Mr.Mamtaz Khan, Director of the Centre for Peace and Democracy, a member of Toronto’s Kashmiri diaspora, to attend the PTM International Conference on October 11, 2026, in Toronto.

This outreach reflects PTM Canada’s commitment to building broader democratic solidarity among communities confronting war, displacement, militarization, and restrictions on fundamental rights. The invitation offers an opportunity to strengthen connections between Pashtun and Kashmiri communities and to bring their experiences into a shared conversation about peace, justice, and the right of peoples to determine their own future.

Guided by the principle that “an injury to one is an injury to all,” PTM Canada welcomes dialogue and cooperation across communities in the pursuit of lasting peace, equality, and human dignity.

په غونډه کې ګڼ شمېر افغانانو ګډون وکړ او د یووالي، ملي شعور او منظمې مبارزې پر اهمیت خبرې وشوې.

د PTM کولوراډو همغږي کوونکي نور رحمان په خپله وینا کې وویل:

«زموږ ملي نجات یوازې د ملي مبارزې له لارې ممکن دی. که خپل ملي شعور پیاوړی او خپل ولس منظم کړو، د خپل روښانه راتلونکي لپاره به پیاوړی ګام واخلو.»

The Pashtun Tahafuz Movement United Kingdom (PTM UK) will participate in the 38th International Conference on Sindh 2026, organised by the World Sindhi Congress.

The conference will bring together academics, researchers, activists, and representatives from different communities to discuss important issues including human rights, regional peace and security, national self-determination, and environmental justice.

PTM United Kingdom will use this important platform to highlight the human rights situation of Pashtuns, share perspectives on regional peace and security, and strengthen dialogue and solidarity among communities advocating for human rights, justice, and dignity.
