We represent the views, perspectives and experience of our member agen
cies. All of us offer a variety of able, experienced and trained carers plus a wraparound service package tailored to the needs of each individual child or young person. In the charitable and not-for-profit sector, all our resources remain within each provider to ensure a total focus on the needs of children and young people. This transparency and accountability is welcome in the current climate where local authorities need to know they are getting full value for their budget. Fairer Fostering also has a lobbying function that aims to advocate for children in respect of regulation, as well as representing its membership at central government level.
Fostering through Social Enterprise (FtSE) was established in 2007; and in 2017, we changed our name to The Fairer Fostering Partnership.
