If you're 50 or over and looking for something to do mid-week, why not join us for two dance sessions on Friday 9 October at the Second Half Centre, at St Charles Centre for Health and Wellbeing, W10 6DZ.

You can try 'Soul Train' from 11.15am to 12pm. An energetic, feel-good event where rhythm, music and movement come alive in disco line dancing.

Or 'Caribbean Grooves' from 12.15pm to 1pm. A vibrant and energetic dance style inspired by the rich cultures of the Caribbean. Come along and get into your dancing groove.

Both are great for getting active and meeting new people.

🏥 A new health hub has opened in North Kensington

Council Leader Cllr Elizabeth Campbell and other lead members joined patients, local representatives and service providers yesterday for the official opening of Golborne Canalside Surgery.

Led by Dr Yasmin Razzak, the new surgery brings together a range of services under one roof, including One You’s stop smoking support, our employment service and a pilot sexual and reproductive health service.
