Graffiti removal during Notting Hill Carnival

After Carnival, our teams will carry out a graffiti removal programme across the area. You do not need to report any graffiti during Carnival, as our crews will work through affected streets over the following month.

We can remove graffiti at ground-floor level only. Graffiti above ground-floor level will need to be removed by the property owner.

Due to a technical issue, it is not currently possible to set up a new monthly parking permit subscription or auto-renewal. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and teams are working hard to resolve the issue.

It is still possible to buy parking permits for three, six or 12 months in advance.

🚶 Notting Hill Carnival: pedestrian access

If you're attending Carnival or live in the area, make sure you know about pedestrian access arrangements before you travel.

Some roads within the Carnival area will have restricted access, with staffed barriers and access limited to residents living directly on those roads. There are also arrangements for residents expecting visitors and for carers.
