Back by popular demand, we are hosting a Silent Disco session for free for adults at Carmarthenshire Living Well Centre

Led by Dr B Creative these fun sessions are a great way to get together and move in a fun environment. Plus dance to some of your favorite songs.

This event is free. If you are bringing a group, please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have enough headsets for that session and we can support you and your group.

We’re seeking views on a preferred proposal to develop a dedicated adult Section 136 Place of Safety suite at Cwm Seren, St David's Park, Carmarthen.

A Section 136 Place of Safety provides a safe environment where people experiencing a mental health crisis can receive assessment and support when brought there by police under emergency powers within the Mental Health Act.

We want to hear from service users, carers, staff, partner organisations and members of the public about the proposal, its potential impact, and any suggestions to help address concerns.

Targeted engagement will also take place with people with lived experience of mental health issues, supported and facilitated by mental health support organisations.

Your feedback will help inform future decisions about the provision of Section 136 Place of Safety services across Hywel Dda.
