Hall size/stairs ‼️ please read

A reminder that it is your responsibly to check the hall size prior to us coming. My bouncy castle is 17x15ft. Please ensure the bouncy castle will fit with a further metre either all around the castle for mats, the blower & slide.

Also a reminder that you MUST tell us if there is stairs & the venue is upstairs. If there is not a suitable sized lift for us to take the castle up, we will not be able to take it up the stairs. Our castle weighs around 80kg and therefore a sack barrow is needed to transport it. If we arrive and there is not a suitable way for us to get up, or enough room, we won’t be able to refund you as we have travelled all that way & taken it away from another booking 😔

If in doubt please do message me and send me pictures, sizing etc and I will do my best to help 🤍
