🦷👶 Baby Fortnight – Start dental visits early!

Your baby’s first tooth is an exciting milestone – and a great time to start thinking about their first trip to the dentist.

✨ Take your baby to the dentist when their first tooth appears, or by their first birthday.

Starting early helps your little one get used to visiting the dentist and gives you the opportunity to get advice about brushing, teething and caring for those first teeth.

💷 Did you know?

NHS dental treatment is free for children, and mums are entitled to free NHS dental treatment during pregnancy and for 12 months after their baby is born, with a valid maternity exemption certificate.

So, while you’re looking after your baby’s new smile, don’t forget about yours too! 💕🦷
