Information for access to Planning inspectorate.
Members of the public can make representations about planning applications online direct to the Government Planning Portal.
For the appeal by Parkers against refusal of their Application 23/01499/OUT for 230 houses east of Houghton, the website URL is:

By clicking on the green “Make Representation” button, the system will ask for the users personal information (Name, address) then allow input of text for their comment. This would be recognized as an “Interested Party Comment” which will be open until September 9th(see details on the image above).
It is not necessary to repeat your own comments previously made for the Planning committee meeting at HDC, but comments not previously made by yourself can be submitted for consideration by the Case Officer.
