URGENT!

Hello everyone,

We are currently completing the minutes of our group meeting on Tuesday and noticed something that needs URGENT attention!

We have the opportunity to have a stall at the Beeston Festival on 6th June, 12-5pm but need to know if people are available to help run the stall on the day. So, are you available to help? Duties on the stall will include:

- Handing out leaflets
- Talking to the public about our current campaigns - we will have a meeting to discuss to brief you on this before the event
- Some sort of practical activity - e.g. making Bee Hotels
- Anything else you'd like to suggest...

We need to submit the application form for this event TODAY. So please let us know ASAP if you are available and willing to help out :)

To register your interest, or for more information, please send us an email: [email protected]

Look forward to hearing from you,

James
