Less than a week to go until our Winter Warmer!

Last year, we had a number of fun raffle prizes including a variety of home cooked meals, tickets to events as well as exclusive workshops, and this year’s no different!

We are very fortunate to be amongst creativity in our community, and already have a collection of goodies up for grabs, but if there are more skills/crafts/opportunities/food you’d like to offer, send us a DM.

We had many people offer prizes on the night last year too, so if you think of anything from now until next Friday, there’ll be a chance then!

Reminder of this year’s Winter Warmer: Friday 12th December. 7-10pm. Doors from 6pm. ❄️

Tickets are out for this year’s Winter Warmer event at All Hallows’ Church on Friday the 12th of December!!

We’ll be having dinner, creative activities, music, a raffle, and a little dance too! Ticket link in bio :))

The Winter Warmer is a family friendly event, all are welcome to attend. If you’d like to volunteer or donate a raffle prize, please do get in touch!

Afterwards, Fresh Junk are also putting on a LUNA party down at Hope House, so why not make a night of it and come down to both!?

We’re happy to announce are now officially a Community Benefit Society!

That means we can start getting funding, commissioning studies, and laying the groundwork for acquiring buildings through community ownership. It’s an exciting time and we want to get as many keen folks involved as possible to help shape the plan over the coming months.

Our inaugural AGM is on 8th September. If you would like to join as a member, please follow the link in bio. Membership costs £1 per year.

A few moments of joy from our winter warmer a few weeks ago ✨🔥

We had such a lovely time at our Winter Warmer last week. It was wonderful to see so many people come out and share a cosy evening of food and community. We really couldn’t have done it without you, so a massive thank you for coming, for buying tickets, drinks and supporting the raffle.

Our team of volunteers did an amazing job cooking and serving 75 plates of delicious, vegan curry. The vibes in the kitchen were high and it was so heartwarming to see everyone pull together to create such a feast for us all.

We have so many people to thank! for letting us get involved in their programme for all his hard work and research developing our spaces map for all the amazing work you do and for providing us a space to play for the night. Our amazing chefs Mia, George, Gaia, Kerry, Hannah, Sasha, Rosie, Henry and Louis. .fwv for the delicious parkin. Liam at for brewing us our very own beer! all the DJs .frances Luka, Ruyi, Abbi. Nathan for the PA. All the people who donated prizes for the raffle. Seb and John for working the bar. And finally, a big thanks to our Organisers for a great year and to our new organisers who signed up on the night, we can’t wait to work together in 2025!

Everyone is welcome to come and share a meal with friends and family new and old, plus some fun creative activities and interactive bits for you to enjoy!

We will be at the wonderful All Hallows Church in Hyde Park, and you can expect a delicious vegan dinner, open decks, creative activities and a raffle to raise money for No Space Left to Play, HPAC and Fresh Junk Soundsystem.

Tickets are £9, but we have a few on either side for cheaper / solidarity tickets. Please select how much you are able to/are comfortable paying. We will not turn anyone away due to lack of funds, so please send us a message if this doesn’t work for you.

✨ We’d love you to join us for the private viewing of ‘IS THIS WHAT WE HAVE LEFT’ a show that creates dialogue around creative space, its importance, and how we celebrate, mourn and live with and without it in our cities ✨

Our Next Event: Winter Warmer x Fresh Junk

This will be our end of year get together with food, music, raffle, and dancing, and we’ll also be hosting some group discussion topics and activities.

✨ Let us know if you’d like to be part of supporting this event. All our time is voluntary and we would really appreciate some extra hands cooking, chopping, servering, and clearing down!

✨ We’re also looking out for raffle prize donations for our fundraiser, please get in touch if you’re able to donate anything: bread, foodstuffs, allotment produce, art, unwanted items- everything and anything goes!
