We are sorry that due to the heat and its impact on local train services we shall not be running our Well-being and Craft event tomorrow afternoon Thursday 25th June.

We fully expect to be back to normal next week.

It's going to be busy week for us at Lancaster Library.
On Tuesday 9th we have a free lunchtime talk at 12:30 where Colin Penny will be speaking on "Prisons in the 18th and 19th centuries" to be held in the Sanctuary on the first floor First On Wednesday 10th we have our usual cafe between 10.30 and 1
On Thursday 11th we have our Wellbeing and Craft cafe between 2 and 4:45
And on Friday 12th we celebrate Lancaster Day with a Cafe from 11 until 3. The library has organised 3 talks in the Sanctuary on the First floor starting at 10:30, 12:30 and 2:30
The library also has other activities on Saturday 13th, but by then our hardworking cafe volunteers will have deserved their well earned day off.
