We're supporting mental health awareness month.
One of the main drivers behind why we do what we do is preventing social isolation.
Social isolation plays a huge part in promoting an individuals mental well being but is sadly often overlooked or, at best, it's an after thought 😔.
We support our people to get out and about, join groups and make community connections. These positive experiences have a big impact on their lives 💚💚💚

We are recruiting 2 Community Support Workers to join our small friendly team.

These roles involve supporting individuals with additional needs on a one to one basis.
We aren't your typical homecare company. There's no rushing around seeing numerous people in a day. We take the time to build relationships and offer true, personalised support.

You'll have a 2 week rota which means that you can plan your 'you' time in advance.
You will get weekly or monthly pay (your choice),, a pension, a training package to suit your needs, a funded DBS and fuel.paid at 45p per mile.
You will be part of a friendly team and a forward thinking, flexible organisation.

Currently both posts are 20 hours per week but this can be increased if required.

You must have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You must be reliable, our people depend on us.
Experience of supporting people with autism is preferred.

We're adding to our Ribble Valley team.
Are you looking for your next support worker role?
Our small, friendly organisation requires a support worker to work with our clients in the Ribble Valley.
This isn't typical domiciliary care, we have the pleasure of spending time with our clients and really getting to know them. A typical visit would be a minimum of two hours. No dashing from person to person, just time and space to offer true person centred support.
Tasks include: support to take part in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities; support with shopping; and support to maintain and further develop friendships and community connections.
