We’d like to Welcome Chloe Goodman to Mill Farm Retreat!
Chloe has been teaching Pilates for over 7 years, helping people feel stronger, move more freely, and reduce pain without leaving class feeling completely exhausted.
Her approach is welcoming, supportive, and suitable for everyone, whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years. Chloe believes there’s no pressure to be perfect, and focuses on helping people build strength, flexibility, and confidence at their own pace.
Classes at Mill Farm Retreat are designed to leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed, with plenty of encouragement (and reminders to breathe along the way).
