We are a non-profit trust responsible for the running of leisure and culture facilities on behalf of the London Borough of Redbridge. In May 2011 Redbridge Council’s Culture and Leisure Services merged with charitable trust Vision – Redbridge Culture & Leisure. The main aim for this change was to give residents more opportunities to get involved in their local park, library or sports centre as well making savings to the Council. The Trust now manages a wide range of cultural, sport and leisure facilities and services in partnership with the London Borough of Redbridge. These facilities and services include the borough’s libraries, heritage, sport & leisure facilities, parks & open spaces, grounds maintenance, halls hire and events. Working alongside the Trust’s management team, the organisation is overseen by a Board of Director Trustees made up of community representatives and local Councillors.

❤️ **Redbridge communities invited to honour the fallen**

This November, communities across Redbridge will come together to remember and pay tribute to those who gave their lives in service to their country.

🕊️ Remembrance services will take place at locations across the borough, giving residents the opportunity to reflect, pay their respects and stand together in remembrance.

Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure is organising the service at Ilford War Memorial on behalf of Redbridge Council. We’re also proud to support Fairlop Heritage Group in commemorating those who served and sacrificed their lives for our country.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recorder Teacher to join our team on a part-time maternity cover contract from January to August 2027.

The role includes:
🎶 Individual lessons and group teaching
🎵 Leading our Intermediate & Advanced Recorder Clubs and Recorder Consort
🌟 Supporting students from beginner to advanced level
🏫 Potential opportunities for additional school-based teaching

📍 Thursday evenings (4:30pm onwards)
⏰ Approximately 4 hours per week
💷 Salary based on experience and qualifications

🩷 Cancer WellFest is coming to Redbridge Central Library on Tuesday 20 October!

Join us for a welcoming day of wellbeing, movement and support for anyone affected by cancer, as well as their families, carers and support networks.

We're delighted to welcome our keynote speaker, Dr Philippa Kaye, an award-winning author, GP and cancer survivor, who will be sharing her experiences and insights on the day.
