Our flagship 1-hour free parking scheme continues to be very popular with Harrow residents. We have made it easier and cheaper for people to park and support local businesses.

I ask every year, and it shapes what I raise in Parliament and with the council throughout the year.

There are questions about problems in your local area, about how your council is performing, and about the Government.

It takes a few minutes and every response is read.

As part of our £56 million 4-year plan to renew Harrow’s roads, we plan to fully resurface at least 60 roads this financial year. We are working hard to bring Harrow’s highways up to a good standard.

We setup Harrow's Grimebusters team last year to help keep our borough clean. In the last 12 months the team has made a massive difference in fighting grime across Harrow 👇

The 2026 Green Flag awards show that two more of Harrow's parks have achieved Green Flag status. Through our investment of over £6 million into local parks, we are improving our open spaces for all residents to enjoy.

Since launching our free bulky waste collection service in January 2023, it has been used over 25,300 times by local people. Harrow is one of the only London boroughs to offer a free bulky waste collection to each household every year, making it easier and cheaper to dispose of bulky waste.

I am honoured and delighted to have been re-adopted as the Conservative candidate for Harrow East at the next General Election.

Over the weekend, I was formally selected once again by my local Conservative association, and I want to say a heartfelt thank you to every member for the confidence and trust they have placed in me. It means a very great deal, and I do not take it for granted.

Representing the people of Harrow East is the greatest privilege of my life. Every day brings the chance to stand up for our residents, to support our businesses and community groups, to champion the causes that matter to us, and to help people who come to my office needing a hand.

My thanks go as well to the wonderful team of local councillors, volunteers and supporters who give up so much of their time for our community and our party. None of what we achieve would be possible without them, and I am proud to have them alongside me.

To the people of Harrow East, thank you for your continued support. I look forward to putting my record before you at the next election, to earning your trust once again, and to going on serving this wonderful constituency.

Our Drop & Go recycling events continue to be a big hit with local people. Over 50 tonnes of waste has been collected since we started the scheme. Drop & Go events bring the recycling centre out and into the community.
