Creating space to move, connect and grow 💜

Thank you to Lampton Group for supporting our STRIVE 25 programme and helping us deliver accessible physical activity sessions for young women and girls aged 16+.

Held every Monday at Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre in Feltham, these sessions offer a supportive environment to build confidence, learn new skills, and connect with others through sport and activity.

🎉 We’ve been keeping an exciting secret… and we're delighted it's finally out!

🏓 Padel is coming to Hounslow at Isleworth Leisure Centre and Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre.

After more than two years of data-led work from Lampton Leisure's industry experts, London Borough of Hounslow has approved funding to allow us to bring this fast-growing, low-impact sport to local communities, helping make physical activity more accessible for everyone.

Expected to open next year, we know our new padel courts are going to be very popular!

A new monthly dance class is coming🎶

Led by Michelle Burns, these fun-filled sessions will run on the last Tuesday of every month and are open to anyone who enjoys moving to music and trying something new.

January:
• Tuesday 27 January, 7.30pm – Line Dance
A country and western–style class with great music and simple steps.

February:
• Tuesday 24 February, 7.30pm – Bollywood Dance
A vibrant, energetic class inspired by traditional Indian classical and folk dances.

Expect great music, plenty of laughs, and a welcoming atmosphere.
