If you’re a tenant of ours, you will have recently received your annual rent increase letter. Please check and read, to see the details of your new weekly rent, which comes into effect from 6th April 2026.
If your housing costs are paid for by Universal Credit, wait until you are sent a ‘to-do’ in April called 'Confirm your housing costs'. You then need to use the information in your annual rent increase letter to complete the to-do before the due date to avoid problems with your payments.
