🚧 Warburton Toll Bridge Closures in January 🚧

I want to let everyone know about important closures to the Warburton Toll Bridge next month. These are essential works to ensure the bridge remains safe and reliable for years to come.

🔒 Full Closures (No Access):
🗓️ 6th January to 16th January

🌙 Night Closures (9 PM to 6 AM):
🗓️ 17th January to 27th January

🚶 Public Footpath Access:
Unfortunately, footpath access will also be unavailable during these closures due to safety concerns.

I encourage all motorists and pedestrians to plan ahead and consider alternative routes during these times.

Great weekend out across Warrington South with some of our great Councillors and candidates, discussing issues on the doorstep ahead of local elections in May.

Been in Appleton, Old Hall, Thelwall, Chapelford and Latchford delivering leaflets and speaking to residents.

Plenty of questions about the Council’s £1.8bn debt and the impact that a bankruptcy notice would have on families here - similar to the problems residents are seeing in Labour controlled Birmingham with huge increases in Council Tax to cover the costs.

🕊️On the anniversary of the Warrington bomb which took the lives of Tim Parry and Johnathan Ball and injured many others - all of our thoughts are with their families and friends as we remember them with love today.
