That City Property is acting in the best interests of the city and under the effective oversight of elected representatives is drawn in to serious question. There is so much damage, debt and deviousness that is being passed of as ‘business as usual’ this culture of callous indifference and incompetence must be challenged and transformed for the city and its people to flourish
