Reform chaos has washed ashore in Gateshead with the announcement that Reform Councillor Danielle Cavanagh (High Fell) has resigned from the Council without ever attending an official Council meeting. She was elected 11 days ago. The resulting by-election will cost local taxpayers £16,000.
