While Falkirk has plenty of its own residents struggling with housing shortages, long NHS waiting lists, cost of living pressures, and finding decent jobs or school places for local kids… the council’s Refugee Resettlement Team is proudly out here writing personal plans to help incoming families with:

Employment

Education

Language learning

Employability

Financial inclusion

Social integration

Health and wellbeing

You know, all the things a lot of people already living here could use a hand with too. But sure, let’s prioritise building "independence" for new arrivals first.
