Charity Number 1002129 The Hall is owned by the Parish Council and run by the Exminster Victory Hall Trust. As a registered charity, any profits made are used to further enhance the facilities available for the benefit of the community we serve. The Hall is at the centre of the community and is used by local clubs, societies and charities as well as educational bodies and individuals. It has very

good facilities for a wide range of events including;
Meetings and Functions
Seminars and Workshops
Markets and Craft Shows
Shows (large stage)
Wedding Receptions, Christenings and Parties

In addition to the main hall, there is a smaller annexe that can also be hired in tandem with the hall or just on its own. During the day, the annexe is home to a community coffee shop but it can be hired outside of coffee shop hours with the benefit of tables and chairs offering a very attractive setting for smaller gatherings.

Exminster Victory Hall was pleased to welcome Bruce Thomadsen, who visited to pay his respects to his family member, Ernest Reeves England, who is named on the village war memorial.
Ernest was related to the Challice family, village Blacksmiths at Manleigh House.
Ernest, born in Lapford, later moved to Exminster, where he worked as an asylum attendant at the Devon County Lunatic Asylum. He lived with his wife in South View, Exminster.
During the First World War, Ernest served with the Royal Army Medical Corps, 107th Field Ambulance.
He died on 27th March 1918, aged 47 years, and is buried in Warloy Baillon Communal Cemetery, Somme, France.

Spring Moon Flow Yoga - New Yoga Term

This spring inspired yoga flow invites you to slow down, reconnect, and align with the calming energy of the moon.

Together we’ll move through gentle Moon Salutations. A soothing and grounding sequence designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and create balance within both body and breath.

Traditionally connected with lunar energy, Moon Salutations represent reflection, intuition, and inner calm, making them the perfect practice for embracing the softer, renewing energy of spring.

Once we have taken time to ground and centre ourselves, we’ll explore a playful mini challenge with a Half Moon balance sequence, building strength, focus, and stability while encouraging confidence and lightness in movement.
