Fancy a fun evening out while supporting Firs Farm?

Join the Friends of Firs Farm for a Bingo Night at the Community Hub on Friday 12th June. It's a great chance to meet local people, have a laugh, and help raise funds for improvements to the wetlands and surrounding park.

Join us for London Rivers Week at Firs Farm Wetlands this Saturday 30th May, from 11am–1pm.

Enjoy a guided wetlands tour, pond dipping, a nature trail and family-friendly games.

London Rivers Week is coming to Firs Farm Wetlands 🌿

Join us on Saturday 30th May from 11am–1pm at the Firs Farm Community Hub for a morning celebrating our local rivers and wetlands.

There’ll be:
• a wetlands tour (limited spaces)
• pond dipping
• a nature trail
• games and activities

It’s a lovely chance to explore the wetlands, learn a bit more about the wildlife around us, and spend some time outdoors with the community.

Free event, donations welcome.

Have you ever been pond dipping before?

Most people think of Firs Farm as somewhere to walk, relax or spot wildlife.

But throughout the year, local schools and youth groups also use the wetlands as an outdoor learning space.

From pond dipping to exploring habitats, it gives children the chance to experience nature in a way that’s difficult to recreate indoors.

There’s something nice about seeing younger visitors discovering the wetlands for the first time.

It’s always lovely to see young children learning about our wetlands and developing an interest in nature
