🏡 Protect What Matters Most and Get Home Contents Insurance

We encourage all our tenants to make sure they have home contents insurance in place to protect their personal belongings.
While the council insures the building, fixtures and fittings, tenants are responsible for insuring the contents of their home, including:
furniture, clothing, electrical goods, carpets and other personal possessions.

You can choose your own insurance provider or sign up to the Tenant Contents Insurance Scheme, which we offer in partnership with Aviva.
