We spend a lot of time talking about physical and mental health but social wellness matters too 💛

Get ready for an action-packed weekend of fitness, fun, and fantastic music!

Join us at our Central Bedfordshire leisure centres from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th June and enjoy a variety of gym, swim, and group exercise sessions, all brought to life with energising live music sets from talented performers and DJs.

Whether you're looking to smash a workout, try a new class, or simply enjoy a swim with a great atmosphere, there's something for everyone.

Flitwick Leisure Centre Friday 26th June – Radio 1 DJ Charlie hedges providing music to:
Body conditioning 5:30-6:30pm, HIIT 6:45-7:45pm, Body conditioning 8-9pm

Leighton Leisure & Community Centre Saturday 27th June – Join us for the launch of this fantastic new facility and be one of the first to workout in our new 150 station gym with DJ Steady playing 9:15-1:15pm

Saxon Pool & Leisure Centre Saturday 27th June – Radio 1 DJ Charlie hedges providing music to: Circuits 9:15-10am, Bodyweight HITT 10:15-11am, Barbell Conditioning 11:15-midday

The Dunstable Centre Sunday 28th June – Social swimming to live Jazz band 3-3:45pm & 4- 4:45pm

June is our month of social wellness, so today our team are taking wellness walk on our break!

Doing activity outdoors such as a walk is a great way to destress, and feel refreshed! 🚶🌲
