Meet Jordan. He’s an on-call firefighter at Kempston Community Fire Station 🧑‍🚒

👨‍👧 Father. Drone Pilot. On-call firefighter.

Jordan balances family life and work — while staying ready to respond at a moment’s notice.

“My primary employer is very supportive and allows me to respond straight away. The role requires flexibility, especially balancing work and family commitments — but knowing I’m helping others makes it all worthwhile.”

You don’t have to choose between your career and your community.

📍 Live near Kempston or one of our priority stations?

This could be your calling.
