About the Role:

We are currently seeking A reliable Traffic Management Crew Operatives to join our team across Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment supporting essential road and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management systems
• Ensuring safety of road users, pedestrians, and site staff at all times
• Operating traffic control equipment in line with regulations
• Carrying out daily vehicle and equipment checks
• Working effectively as part of a team on various sites

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
• Valid Traffic Management qualification (e.g. LANTRA 12AB, TTMBC or equivalent)
• CSCS Card (essential)
• SLG (Stop/Go) qualification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable:
• Previous experience in traffic management or civils works
• Additional tickets/certifications (e.g. First Aid)

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of assets, including plant machinery, company vans, cherry pickers, and equipment. The role will also involve preparing vehicles for PSV inspections, attending breakdowns, and working with modern diagnostic and lifting equipment as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities
• Service, maintain, and repair plant, equipment, cherry pickers, and company vans
• Prepare vehicles and equipment for PSV inspections and ensure ongoing compliance
• Attend breakdowns and carry out on-site or workshop repairs as required
• Diagnose faults using modern computer diagnostics
• Operate mechanical lifts and workshop equipment safely and efficiently
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
• Maintain accurate service, inspection, and maintenance records
