With temperatures expected to rise over the coming days, there's no better time to enjoy a swim outdoors. The Lido is the perfect place to enjoy the summer weather!

We’re getting lots of questions on our posts and via Messenger. Just to remind - FODSL are all volunteers, we’re not at the pool and have to book thro the app like everyone else. Many questions/answers are under FAQs on the Rivers Fitness website. Thanks for supporting us - and happy swimming 😃
