Shepherdswell & Coldred Parish Council To provide information to the community of upcoming issues, Parish Council meetings and events relating to the Parish Council. Group Rules:

will be deleted and removed from the groups.
3. Respect everyone’s privacy – Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great but may also be sensitive and private. What’s shared in this group should stay in the group.
4. No promotions or spam - Give more to this group than you take. Self-promotion, spam or irrelevant links are not allowed incl. missing pets, local gossip and advertising.
5. All posts will require approval – all posts to be approved by Admin before they are posted on this page. If your post does not appear then it has not been approved. Be kind and polite to the Admins if this happens. *Please note the page is not monitored 24 hours a day but 2-3 times a week so your post may not appear immediately*
6. Fake News – all misinformation, misleading information and fake news is not permitted.
7. Political Topic – political topics except for Parish Council business, are not permitted. All non-parish council comments will be deleted.
8. Answer a membership question – if this is not done we will assume you do not live in the village and you will be removed from the group.

Following on from the St Andrews Gardens planning proposals exhibition organised and run by Rebus Planning Solutions on the 31st March in the village hall, the proposals are now available to view on line at www.rebusplanning.co.uk . I have been advised from the DDC Elections Office that the two council vacancies will be filled as follows:

Shepherdswell Ward – an election has been requested and will be held on the 5th May 2022 in Shepherdswell Village hall.
Coldred Ward – to be filled by co-option
Notice of Election to be posted on Monday 28th March 2022.
