Nestled amongst the trees just outside of Wimborne, my jewellery workshops take place in a peaceful countryside location designed to help you step away from the everyday and reconnect with your creativity 🤍

Whether you’re looking for a mindful solo activity, a unique experience with friends, or simply the chance to try something new, there’s a workshop for you:

Sea glass the colour of tropical waters ✨🌊

These delicate aqua sea glass pendants have each been wrapped by hand in sterling silver, preserving the unique shape given to them by decades of waves, tides, and time 🤍

Aqua sea glass is one of those colours that instantly catches the eye. Historically, it often came from vintage soda water bottles, fruit jars, ink bottles, and glass produced in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Years spent tumbling in the sea have transformed these once everyday objects into smooth, frosted treasures washed ashore.

I love imagining the journey each piece has taken before finding its way into my hands. Once discarded, then reclaimed by the ocean, and finally given a new life as jewellery to be worn and treasured ✨

These pendants are part of my collection at Summer Exhibition in Lymington, celebrating the beauty and heritage of our coastline.

The exhibition is running now through to 26th September, alongside work from many talented local artists and makers 🌿🌊

Whether you come with friends, family, or simply treat yourself to a few hours of creativity, you’ll learn how to make your own sterling silver stacking rings from scratch using traditional silversmithing techniques.

No experience is needed — just a willingness to try something new and enjoy a mindful evening away from the rush of everyday life 🤍

Set amongst peaceful countryside, it’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, get creative, and leave with jewellery you’ve made yourself ✨

A few moments from May that have filled my cup as a metalsmith ✨🌊

This month has been a beautiful mix of creativity, connection, and inspiration.

I taught my very first jewellery workshop — something that felt both exciting and a little nerve-wracking. Watching people create something with their own hands, seeing their confidence grow throughout the day, and hearing how proud they were of their finished pieces was incredibly rewarding 🤍

There have been quiet moments too. Time spent walking the Dorset coastline collecting inspiration from the sea, and peaceful days in the countryside where I live, reminding me how lucky I am to be surrounded by so much natural beauty 🌿

Back at the workbench, I’ve been working on special commissions, each with its own story, alongside creating pieces for gallery exhibitions inspired by the coastline that shapes so much of my work. From sea glass treasures to ocean-worn textures, every piece has carried a little piece of Dorset with it 🌊

Looking back, May has been a reminder that creativity isn’t just found at the workbench. It’s found in conversations, in sharing skills, in beach walks, and in slowing down enough to notice the details ✨

Sea glass, silver, and a little touch of gold ✨🌊

I’ve always loved mixing metals — there’s something effortless about pairing cool silver tones with warm gold accents. It feels collected, personal, and a little like treasures gathered over time rather than perfectly matched pieces 🤍

These sea glass rings are handmade in sterling silver and paired here with both silver and gold stacking rings, showing how beautifully different tones can work together. Mixing metals also makes jewellery so much more versatile — you can wear all your favourite pieces together without having to choose one or the other ✨

And honestly… sea glass feels made for that layered, lived-in look. Like little pieces of the shoreline carried with you every day 🌊

The summer exhibition opens today at 10am ✨🌊

Featuring an incredible collection of work from local makers and artists, all inspired by the beauty of our coastline and surroundings 🤍

This sea glass pendant will be part of the exhibition collection — made with a gorgeous piece of green sea glass found on Charmouth beach. Once weathered by the ocean over decades, it’s now been carefully wrapped in sterling silver to begin a new story ✨

I always wonder where pieces like this started their journey… perhaps once part of a bottle tossed by the tide, now softened into something treasured and wearable 🌿🌊

Part of the Sereia Collection ✨🌊
Sereia — the Portuguese word for mermaid.

These sea glass pendants, wrapped by hand in sterling silver, have become some of my most loved pieces 🤍 Simple, timeless, and each one completely unique.

Every piece of sea glass has spent years journeying through the ocean before being found along the shoreline — softened by salt water, shaped by tides, and carrying little traces of its story within every curve and frosted surface. I love the idea that something once lost at sea can become something treasured again ✨

The silver wrapping is designed to feel organic and flowing, almost as though the sea itself is still holding onto each piece 🌊

These beauties have now all been dropped off to Chalk’s Gallery, ready for the opening of their upcoming exhibition celebrating our coastline and local artists. Seeing them all together, glowing in the light, felt a little magical 🤍

Rare cobalt blue from the Dorset shoreline 💙🌊

This sea glass ring and pendant were both handmade in sterling silver using beautiful cobalt blue sea glass found on Charmouth beach — a colour that’s becoming harder and harder to find, making pieces like these feel even more special ✨

Shaped by decades of tides, salt, and sand before being carefully set by hand at my workbench, each piece carries a little story of the Jurassic Coast within it 🤍

These will be among the pieces featured in the upcoming exhibition celebrating the coastline that inspires so much of my work 🌿🌊

There’s something magical about giving these ocean-worn fragments a new life to be treasured and worn every day ✨
