Holmescarr SMILE which is based in the Rossington area of Doncaster visited the Tropical Butterfly House in Sheffield.

We all loved seeing all the different kinds of animals, exploring the butterfly house and we got a little wet on the way to the cafe.

Askarne SMILE is a day opportunity for older people and older people with learning disabilities or living with dementia.

We have developed strong links within the local community. Our inter-generational projects with local schools have been very successful and rewarding for everyone involved.

We run a variety of different trips which include visits to the seaside, to the Little Theatre and days out on the Ethel Barge. We offer stimulating reminiscence and creative activities and tend our own garden area. We organise regular social events and celebrations and join up with Bhatia SMILE.

Rossington and Holmescarr SMILE enjoyed a wellbeing walk to Annaebl's cafe with local ward councillor Bob Anderson.

We love walking out in the community and seeing wildlife.

We can not wait for our next walk we have planned.
