These are not prohibited flags and it's a waste of money for the council to take them down - they should be left in place - these are our national flags - they are not offensive.

Reform Cllr Didcot South - Hao Du

Removing Union flags and Cross of St George flags is a waste of money, according to a Didcot Reform politician.

£48,174.

That’s how much Hounslow Council spent on a single rainbow crossing, the most expensive in England.

Meanwhile, councils claim they’re struggling to fund basic services.

Is this a justified expense, or a complete waste of taxpayer money?

I huge "Thank You" to all of you who helped me in the recent Stanford by-election.

Although I was initially a bit disappointed with the result, I am now very happy and would stand again in a heart beat although going forward, I realise I do need to brush up on my IT and social media skills 😵‍💫!

Lee Evans the elected candidate and County Councillor for Stanford was always going to be a tough call, but pushing the Lib Dems out has to be a silver lining. The Labour vote was virtually extinct and the only thing green about the Greens was their faces when they saw the poor result!

I was very heartened with my 261 votes which I am told was the lion's share of of the vote in Uffington which included my village Woolstone, Baulking - A good solid result here going forward.....

I cannot stress enough how every little bit of support helps, just like every vote matters, every social media like and share, every leaflet through a letter box, every hour of canvassing, these all add up so please remember this for the up and coming May elections - please support any Reform candidate near you, together we can do this.

On a final note, I do not want to overshadow my THANK YOU with an ask for money but as the Didcot and Wantage Branch treasurer I am mindful that our funds are a bit depleted, you will be hearing again from me very soon!

Have a lovely Easter

Best wishes

Sarah

“There is some consolation in the thought that the war on the English flag is almost certain to end in failure. Because, if the Raise the Colours campaign showed us anything, it is that the English have well and truly had it with the kind of national self-loathing Oxford remains committed to. Patriotism, at long last, is no longer a dirty word. Oxford should get with the programme”.

Oxfordshire council has decreed that acts of spontaneous patriotism will be prosecuted.
