It was great to catch up with Cllr Avtar Sandhu Mbe, Cllr see Cllr and chat to
and Dartford Safe Haven to chat about how we can support people locally.

We invited lots of locals to join us at Kindness and Wellbeing Group who might be struggling with their physical or mental health, neurodivergence, loneliness, bereavement, disability or anything else. Links in bio.

This kindness kit has been sent out to a woman with cancer who just broke her ankle.

It was paid for by our fundraising. That's events like the Online Market for Kindness Community facebook.com/groups/kindnesscommunitymarket plus sales at the Kindness and Wellbeing Group in Dartford.

This kindness kit featured:
