👩‍👧 Mother & Daughters Fitness is back! 💪💕

Our FREE Mother & Daughters Fitness sessions start back Wednesday 2nd September!

These fun and friendly sessions are suitable for all fitness abilities and are open to girls aged 8 years and over and mums of any age. ❤️

Come along and enjoy getting fit, active and having fun together!

We will be holding a Raffle …where we have some amazing prizes up for grabs..

Fish and chip supper x 2…(Pages)… and lots more..
Our amazing Cindy is braving the shave for CoStar — and she’s doing it live at our CoStar Fun Day on Saturday 5th September!
She’ll be shaving off her gorgeous long hair and donating it to The Little Princess Trust to help children and young people experiencing hair loss.
Come along, cheer her on, and help us raise funds for CoStar’s community work. All are welcome.

🎧🎨 FREE WORKSHOP TOMORROW! 🕺

We have FREE Breakdancing, DJing and Graffiti workshops happening tomorrow, Friday 28th August at Cwmbran Community House in the Annex behind the council building. Drop off is from 10.30am - 10.45 then we'll be running 2 and a half hours of activities until 1.15pm, where pick up will be until 1.30pm.
