Join Unfolding Layers, a safe and supportive group therapy programme where you can share your experiences, build resilience and begin your healing journey in a confidential and welcoming environment.

Make and Mend – Upcycling and Wellbeing

Get creative and make upcycled bookmarks out of cardboard slips! 📚

Join us for a fun, friendly and creative session where we’ll transform cardboard slips into unique bookmarks. It’s a great way to give old materials a new life while enjoying some time to relax and get creative. 🔖

What you’ll get from the session

✅ Develop simple crafting and decorating skills
✅ Discover how everyday waste materials can be reused in useful ways
✅ Take home your own unique, handmade bookmark
✅ Meet new people, get creative and enjoy some time to relax

🌿 Make & Mend – A Great First Session! 🎨

Our first Make & Mend – Upcycling & Wellbeing session was a fantastic success! 🙌

Participants got creative and transformed everyday tin cans into beautiful, unique plant pots using paint, patterns and plenty of imagination. 🌱🎨

It was wonderful to see such great engagement, creativity and enthusiasm from everyone who took part. 💚

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made the session so enjoyable! 😊

🚨 AMBER HEAT ALERT – THURSDAY 13 AUGUST

The UK Health Security Agency has issued an Amber Heat Health Alert for London from 9:00am to 11:59pm on Thursday 13 August.

Very high temperatures are expected. Please take extra care, especially if you are older, pregnant, have a long-term health condition, or are caring for young children.

Stay safe by:

💧 Drinking plenty of water.
🏠 Staying indoors or in the shade where possible.
👕 Wearing light clothing and sunscreen.
❤️ Checking on elderly and vulnerable neighbours, friends and family.
📱 Following the latest advice from the Met Office and UKHSA.

Some of our services may be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience.
