150 Recovery Company, currently based in Redhill, are the Army Reserve vehicle recovery experts. We utilise the Army's large recovery vehicles, called Support Vehicle (Recovery) or SV(R), to assist in recovering vehicles on operations, exercises and other training events. Members of 150 Recovery Company have deployed to Afghanistan, Cyprus, Iraq, Bosnia, the Balkans and on Op Olympics in support of the Regular Army.

General information

As part of 103 Battalion REME, 150 Recovery Company is located in Redhill in Surrey. Just 1 of 4 locations the others are in Crawley in W Sussex, Ashford in Kent and Portsmouth in Hampshire. We employ Army Reserve soldiers in a number of mission critical roles - and reservists are paid for their service. We are currently recruiting to fill a number of key roles including: Recovery Mechanics, Vehicle Mechanics, Metalsmiths and Armourers.
