âś… Reviewing and updating care plans and risk assessments. âś… Conducting spot checks to monitor the quality of care delivered. âś… Carrying out staff supervisions and supporting the development of care professionals. âś… Completing daily care visits and monitoring clients' wellbeing. âś… Identifying changes in clients' needs and ensuring appropriate action is taken. âś… Promoting safeguarding, compliance, and best practice in domiciliary care. âś… Supporting a positive team culture that reflects Radfield Home Care's values.

âś” Previous experience in a field care supervisor or senior domiciliary care role. âś” A good understanding of care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding. âś” Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. âś” A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. âś” A valid driving licence and access to a car.

Last night’s **Connect Sutton** event was a fantastic experience and a great opportunity to network, learn, and discover more about the exciting things happening across the borough of Sutton, South London.

I came away with a much greater appreciation of Sutton—not just as a place to live, but as a vibrant community where people can socialise, spend quality time with friends and family, grow their businesses, and build meaningful connections.

It was great to meet people from different backgrounds and industries, from local handymen to the Connect Sutton team, and learn more about the services, opportunities, and support available to local businesses.

As **Radfield Home Care** continues to explore opportunities to grow its presence in Sutton, making these connections is invaluable.
