Conversations with young people around gender-based violence and healthy relationships are needed now more than ever. And thanks to a three-year grant from the Home Office, we are able to offer school and college sessions on coercive control to students aged 16-18 and their teachers.

Take one step at a time. It is normal to have good and not so good days. Grief affects people differently and it's absolutely fine to step back from things you don't feel comfortable doing right now.
