David King and his Son, Edward King, were both handed life sentences with minimum terms of 21 and 19 years at Ipswich Crown Court in April 2022. This is despite:
1) The Judge permitting historic text messages between David and Edward from an incident relating to when their car had all its wheels stolen to not allowing domestic violence from the deceased person. Relevant as he ran/lunged at David after throwing a bicycle at and causing injuries to David.
2) CCTV footage going missing that evidences Edward was not even at the scene of the incident when it occurred.
3) Somebody died as a consequence of their own action. Had the burglar not ran & lunged at David he would not have injured himself resulting in his death. A career criminal was trying to break into the house and then subsequent others. David challenged and the burglar lunged/attacked David.
Please help in trying to get this case reviewed fairly. Petition sign up would be appreciated, especially for the family & two imprisoned people; all of which are law abiding & decent citizens.
