Well here at Halesworth Dolphins Swimming Club due to a restructure we have had some spaces opened up for competitive swimmers!

Supported by our experienced coaching team we offer training plans tailored to your needs and goals!

We offer 5 pool sessions and 2 land sessions a week!

The summer is behind us and there’s plenty to look forward to at HDSC over the next couple of months! 🐬

In less than two weeks, I'll be taking part in the London to Brighton Charity Bike Ride in support of Mind, a charity dedicated to improving mental health and providing vital support to those who need it.

If you're able to, I'd be incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter the size. Even sharing this post or the fundraising link below would make a huge difference.

Every year, 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem, yet many are still facing these challenges without the support they need.

A huge well done to all our Halesworth Dolphins members who took part in the Beccles Triathlon Festival this morning!

In the full triathlon, Mariann completed her very first triathlon alongside Beccles Tri regulars Jamie, Hayden and Tony – a fantastic achievement by all.

Three of our Competitive Squad swimmers also took on the Aquathon, with Annabelle winning the Female U17 category, Thomas finishing as runner-up in the U17 Open, and Stanley close behind in third place.

Congratulations as well to Tom, who trains with us on Thursday evenings at the Lido, for taking the win in the U17 Open category.

A big thank you to everyone who gave up their Sunday morning to marshal this fantastic event. Once again, Halesworth Dolphins were proud to run the start area and send all the athletes on their way.

Well done to everyone involved!
