When you are in Chapel Stores during the coming weeks, do take the time to have a look in the Vestry at the 'Mood Board' for the Village Hall refurbishment.

The East Boldre Village Hall team would love to hear your feedback on their proposals, either via the QR code on the mood board or via the paper feedback forms in the vestry.

We were excited to learn that, having raised most of the required funds, building works will start in the next few weeks!

Whilst the NFDC survey on their proposed option for Local Government re-organisation is now closed, Hampshire County Council still have their survey open until 17th August on their preferred option to re-organisation in Hampshire. It differs from NFDC so do take a look and a respond.

You can give your views on our proposal by completing the survey. The survey is open from Monday 21 July 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday 17 August 2025.

Our preference is for a new, rural council for mid Hampshire, which would include the area currently within New Forest district.
